Ferrari has become a word that's synonym to sports cars. With the company’s history dating back to the early 50s, Ferrari has been producing some exceptional cars over the years and no wonder they are one of the must have car for any gear-head. From there early cars winning the 24 hour Le Mans, the f40s that were the first production car to ever cross the 200mph barrier and to the new sensations such as the la Ferrari, SF90 Stradale,etc., Ferrari has established themselves as a benchmark for design and development of exotic cars.

One of the many reasons for Ferrari to have such a big footstep in this industry is due to the way they treat their “Special customers” , and by special, we mean the people who spend millions of dollars and don’t even feel a wrinkle in there bank balance.

While the world has a good number of such people, Ferrari manages to have them on board by providing some exclusive offerings. One such offerings is the “Ferrari Course Clienti Event” or even popularly know as the “XX Programme”

"Ferrari XX Programme" was started back in the year 2005 where the overall play was to produce few track only version of their road cars and offer them to some of their exclusive customers.The first car that held the plaque under this program was the Ferrari FXX , a track only version of the Ferrari Enzo.

The twist in owning such a limited edition vehicle was that the vehicles were not intended to be delivered to their respective owners but were actually held back at the factory in Maranello, Italy. Ferrari will have the cars serviced, maintained and facilitated at there factory and did not want their customers to fiddle with any of the car settings.Sounds crazy but the bigger picture would probably change your perspective.

So, how does the program actually work??

To join the program, Ferrari has to personally offer you a spot into the program and for you to be under the company’s radar, your garage should have had at least a couple of Ferraris prior to this purchase. With their latest cars the FXX-K, FXX-K EVO etc all valued at over $10Mil, that’s not an easy go for anyone. If you manage to shell out the big bucks, you are welcomed to be a part of the Ferrari course clienti event.

Members are charged anywhere between $10000 -$20000 per event. What charged you ask !! Yes, clients are asked to pay this small fee every event. The cars are flown down to the racetrack and are prepped by Ferrari’s formula 1 engineers, ready for you to track it like a professional race car driver. The one-off special locker containing your racing gear are also set along with multiple sets of tires ready to be shredded around the track. The entire logistics are also taken care of. Flying you down to the destination in private jets to setting you up in extravagant hotels, Ferrari has got you covered from top to toe. Taking things the extra mile, star chefs are also in-house to provide you the right diet which in turn would help you handle the g forces properly around tight turns.

The event lasts for a good 2-3 days and is usually held once a year. With the members of the club being few of the elite people in the world, there’s good potential for Business networking at its highest level.
